Valerie Fiechter is the founder of Accent America and its main trainer.
She has a Master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Teaching English as a Second Language certification and a BA in French and Linguistics from the same institution. She has been teaching ESL full-time to college students, homemakers, and business professionals for more than fifteen years. She is currently a professor at Mission College in Santa Clara, CA. Valerie is fluent in French and has also studied Spanish, German, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese.
